A part of the dry noodles range from Myojo, this Ramen Char Mee offers a savory taste for days when hot soup feels a little too much for the hot weather.

PREPARATION
1. Put noodles into 450ml of boiling water in a pot and boil
2. Cook for 4 minutes
3. Remove pot from heat and put seasoning powder to the noodles
4. Mix well and serve immediately
